Returns and refunds are handled in a fair and customer-support oriented manner, keeping payment gateway and banking compliance requirements in mind.

Return Eligibility

• Report damaged, wrong or missing products within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
• Opened, used, tampered or improperly stored seed packets may not be eligible for return.
• Bulk orders may require separate written confirmation.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds for online payments will be initiated to the original payment method. Bank/gateway settlement timelines may vary. COD refunds may require verified bank/UPI details.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, return/refund eligibility will apply as per the above conditions.
